Return & Exchange Policy

At iGlasses R Us Collection, we stand on quality, confidence, and accountability. Because our products are handled with care and limited in production, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

 3-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 3-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

RETURN OPTIONS

Once your return is approved and inspected, you may choose:

  • Full Refund (original payment method)
  • Exchange (same item or different color, if available)
  • Store Credit (for future purchases)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • No scratches, wear, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number required)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Discounted promotional items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection: 1–2 business days
  • Refund processing: 1–5 business days after approval

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review. We will provide a replacement or refund if approved.
